Electronic Leak Detection

CALL FOR AN ELECTRONIC LEAK DETECTION

When we protect your home from water leaks, Lowery helps to avoid and mitigate the effects of damage to your ceiling, walls, floors, and foundation.

An electronic leak detection machine finds leaks in water systems, drains, toilets, and othepipes transporting liquids. The principle of sound is what is used to detect leaks in pipes when using an electronic leak detector. If a sound registers on the machine, it is transmitted to the system at a higher frequency. The amplified leak is then detected and can be attended to immediately following the detection. Our plumbing experts can then attend to any leaks reported through the machine and get you back to normal!

WE LOCATE & REPAIR

Our professional team can locate and repair leaks well before they become an expensive mess over an extended period using electronic leak detection.

The objective is to identify subsurface leaks with electronic equipment. A leaking sound can vary depending on the leaking pipe’s type, diameter, and pressure. The leak’s size and the bedding type also affect the sound as it resonates from the leak source to the sounding point. Lowery specializes in hearing your leak and fixing it.
