Lowery operates an SMS program for transactional and operational communications with customers and on-call technicians. This program is operated on our behalf by our authorized vendor, GriffinWink Advertising.

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices
  • Technician dispatch updates and “on the way” notifications
  • Service follow-up and customer care messages
  • Internal dispatch notifications to Lowery on-call technicians

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number to us through a service request, contact form, phone conversation, or signed acknowledgment, and by affirmatively consenting to receive text messages from Lowery. Technicians opt in by signing a written SMS Dispatch Consent Acknowledgment as a condition of participating in the on-call rotation.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Lowery and GriffinWink are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (806) 741-0519.

Privacy of SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information are never sold.
