I called Lowery plumbing with a water leak from washer. Bryce was my technician. It turned out to be water valves. It was fixed within hour. I was pleased with service and price.

So your guy came today to do the routine maintenance thing. We talked; he was nice and all. I cooked my sandwich and soup. No water of course and no big deal. Figured I would scrub everything when I got home. When I’m leaving he says sorry the water is off. I said no worries and left. I get home and he rinsed everything. Wow. Just very very wow. I own and business and run another one. Everyone wants to complain about everything these days. And here is your guy. Thought you would want to know.

I made a service call after 10pm last night because my AC was blowing hot air. Jan called and arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and said he would try to get me on the schedule ASAP as he could not fix it at night time. They were able to arrive at noon today and quickly found the problem. It was an easy fix. Jan was very up front about the problem and how much it would cost. There were no hidden charges or feeling like he was trying to take advantage. He was absolutely excellent. I am very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Lowery is our go to company. They installed a new water heater for us, a new AC/Heater unit and now repaired our plumbing issue. It was major. The employees are so polite and respectful. Not just some of them, but all of them. Through all the work on many different occasions and so many different employees that is unheard of in this day and time. They seem to be one big happy family. Of course, this speaks well for the owners, because they set the tone for their employees. The employees always make sure they keep the home clean and treat it with much care. While I hope we are through with any kind of repairs for a long while, Lowery will still be our choice should we have the misfortune to find ourselves in need.

Anthony and Mike were the kindest and most polite men while out at my house (saying, “yes ma’am, no ma’am). They were also very knowledgeable and gave explanations of all work throughout the process while out yesterday. Initially, I called for leak under sink. While there, they also looked at the water heater I had explained issues with and found it was not as new as I was lead to believe from different company that installed. I ultimately had them replace the tank because of their findings. I wanted to call and let you know what a wonderful experience it was to work with Mike and Anthony and felt they helped me feel very confident and comfortable with the value and level of services provided and wanted them be recognized. Thank you.

Mike, Neal, and Lee were working at my house recently for different jobs and they were all wonderful. They do a very good job and I’m happy with your service and the people you send to my house.

We are very happy with the new A/C. Carlos and Scott did a great job. They were very detailed about everything they were doing. Our dad is 87 years old with C.O.P.D and they were very clean with everything they did. Most guys don’t talk to dad but Carlos told him everything that was going on and showed him respect. Carlos is a good public relations person. Again many thanks.

My AC was serviced today by one of your technicians. He was very thorough in his inspection and service. I have peace of mind that I will stay cool or warm because you have such qualified and dedicated employees as this gentleman. Thank you for a job well done (from the moment my AC was installed).

On Monday, October 10, 2016, Lee Morales a new employee with your company came out to work on my furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. Lee fully explained the maintenance he was doing on both pieces of equipment. He noted a potential high cost if my refrigerant (R22) required refill. His maintenance inspection on my A/C unit was top notch considering it is 14 years old. Please recognize Lee for his upfront, insightful knowledge regarding these two products. He is a solid addition to your staff.

The absolute best plumbing service in town. Hands down to Philip who saved me $2800. Compared to Spartan Plumbing.

I must say you have wonderful folks like Tommy working for you!! I had called about how to get my cover off the thermostat, but couldn’t match work hours with you. He not only tried to explain it when I stopped him in a parking lot he followed me home and did it!!

For 13 days during June 7 -- June 22, 2023 We had Lowery Plumbing here to repair/replace all of our sewer lines -- inside and from house to alley. They did the Trenchless Sewer line replacement for outside and inside they re-routed our kitchen and laundry lines and also a new outside sewer line for those. They did Epoxy pipe lining, also called structural pipe lining, cured-in-place lining (CIPP) for the damaged bathroom sewer pipes. Everyone did an EXCELLENT job and cleaned up everything afterwards. We appreciate them very much and would recommend them to anyone needing sewer repair work. On a Sunday night, it was unbelievable how you got out of bed to fix a heater at our rental home which probably prevented broken pipes AND kept our tenants warm in the night. Thank you so much for your commitment to helping those in need and not charging extra in their dilemma.
