We will also fight for the equipment manufactures warranties when necessary and register our customer’s equipment. For plumbing it means that we will further repair or replace any installed product if found defective or not working properly. These are taken care of and decided upon by Lowery, in house, so no big corporation is involved.

My father, Dr. Boyce Lowery, always taught my siblings and I the value of hard work and ethics. He instilled in me a desire to do the right thing for people. He showed this in how he worked as a chiropractor, a father, and later as a grandfather. He always said, “If it’s good for you, it’s good for me. If it’s bad for you, it’s bad for me.” When I really thought about that, it was very impactful. I took it to heart and built a business with that time-tested principle. Whatever I’ve done in business and in life, it has been with that ethos in mind. So, when I opened the doors of Lowery Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning 40 years ago, in 1980, I wanted my customers to feel that with every interaction.

I began as a residential plumbing heating and air conditioning contractor helping build hundreds of homes here in the Lubbock area. During the early years I worked with many home builders and dozens of home buyers, developing wonderful partnerships and relationships with them. During that time, I observed that many home buyers were dissatisfied with the possibilities of renovations and repairs after the homes had aged. So, in the early 1990’s I decide to take the plunge into a service and renovation-oriented company to fill this market need. I never looked back! I found a field, where-in, I could truly fill a need, by providing superior services for the wonderful people of West Texas.
